Booking online as a call center
When booking as a call center, a Tour Operators and Concierge customer class must first be set up first and then a call center-type customer must be created with that customer class. The call center can do the following:
-
Move tee times
-
Enter both the hotel name and call center/concierge name on a booking with reports for both
-
Book multiple tee times/groups with a single booking
-
Generate a unique booking ID to be used for auditing and reporting on the number of call center reservations
-
Edit the number of players
